Shipping Policy

At My Mindful Gifts, we take pride in creating unique and special gifts for our customers. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your gift arrives on time and in perfect condition. All items offered on My Mindful Gifts are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality. 

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping options for all of our personalized gifts. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

Processing Time:

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to personalize your gift before it is shipped.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. 

Delivery Time:

We cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather and carrier delays, especially in holidays. However, we will do our best to ensure that your gift is delivered as soon as possible.

Exception: For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping:

We currently only ship within the United States.

Tracking:

Once your gift has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Tracking numbers may take up to 7-10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show. You can track your order via below link: https://www.17track.net/en

If it has been more than 10 business days your tracking data is still not showing, please email us at: support@mymindfulgifts.com.

Incorrect shipping address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is undeliverable, if you refuse your package or if you fail to pick it up from the Postal Service and the package is returned to Personalized Brides, you are responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package back to you.

When will I receive tracking information on my orders?

Tracking numbers will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in our system when your items have been shipped.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
