Our 30 Days FULL Refund/FREE Replacement Policy covers the following situations.
- One of the items you got is broken, damaged, or not functioning correctly.
- The item obtained differs from the description or the information on product customization.
- The wrong or mismatched size.
- Missing or lost items.
There is no need to return the received item if you are given the option of a refund or a replacement order.
Ineligible Returns/ Refund:
The reasons listed below are NOT covered by our 30-day refund and replacement policy. We are not responsible for these problems.
- Refund/replacement requests are made after 30 days after product delivery.
- Select the incorrect size, product, address, custom information, and so forth.
- Product has been harmed due to misuse, mistreatment, or inadequate maintenance.
- Items that have been cleaned, worn, or soiled as a consequence of customer’s handling.
- Personal reasons owing to personal preference, change of attitude, and so forth.
- Items purchased during a deal or promotion.

Processing time for a Replacement or Return
We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 7 – 14 business days to arrive.

When your refund is authorized, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method you used to make the purchase. The following are the estimated time frames for a refund to reflect on your account or statement:

However, given the high volume of orders and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in the delivery of your order. If, for any reason, we miss our delivery guarantee, rest assured that we will promptly refund your shipping and handling fees once we confirm that your package has not arrived on time.
