Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy for My Mindful Gifts will depend on the specific circumstances of each order. However, some general guidelines that the store are below:

• To ensure timely delivery, we process your order asap you place it, therefore, your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. 
• However, if you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at: support@mymindfulgifts.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll try our best and will confirm whether the modification or cancellation is possible.
